HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Place a copy of your order invoice with your return.
  2. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
  3. Use the shipping carrier most convenient to you to send all returns to the following address:

  4. We highly recommend insurance of your package(s), as any damage resulting from return transit are the customer’s sole responsibility.
  5. Dynasty Gallery is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

*For your flexibility, pre-paid return labels may be available for orders that were delivered by UPS. When you choose our prepaid return label option, we will deduct $14.95 from your refund for the return shipping & handling costs. Simply visit UPS.com and enter your tracking number. Click “Return This Package” on the tracking page to print your label.
